2 Cute and Simple Valentine’s Day Outfits

Valentine’s Day is exactly 2 weeks away! Whether you are having a date night with your significant other or are planning a Galentine’s day with your ladies, it’s about that time to put together an outfit.

Like I mentioned before I am not huge on Valentine’s day, but who doesn’t love a good reason to celebrate every once in a while? It’s a great excuse to put on a dress or an outfit that you have been wanting to wear and go out somewhere that you don’t go on a normal basis! Plus, it means you get to spend more time with your loved ones.

If you are still on the search for a gift for that special someone make sure to check out my Valentine’s Gift Guide as well! I rounded up SO many great gifts for both him and her, all of which are super affordable.

Shirt (Wearing a Small) // Hat // Pants // Boots

How cute is this off the shoulder chiffon blouse with the ruffle detailing?! It comes in quite a few different colors like this coral red that would also be SO cute for valentine’s day!

I love this shirt because it really is a year round shirt! The material is super lightweight so it would even be perfect for a summer night out with some shorts! In the pictures above I show a bunch of the different ways that it can be worn: Front tucked, tucked all around or just flowing! All of which are super cute!

I wanted to keep this look super simple. Every girl has a favorite pair of jeans, boots and accessories that will pretty much go with anything. So I wanted to find a shirt that could really make any outfit pop and I think I did prettttty good if I do say so myself! lol

I think the ruffle detail on the top and the sleeves is adorable and it keeps the shirt secured on your arms pretty darn well! A lot of off the shoulder shirts, as cute as they are, are equally annoying with how much they ride up. But not this one!

First off, please excuse all the horrid wrinkles ahh. I really wanted to get my outfit post out in the same week as my gift guide and mayyyy have rushed it a bit. I most definitely should have taken the time to steam the dress. Looking back now, definitely regret it but what can ya do lol! In the moment steaming always seems like such a hastle, but you NEVER regret it after the fact. I’ll have to remember that next time lol.

Okay, let’s talk about this dress! Isn’t it cute?! I love that the arms tie so that you can adjust it as needed. It also comes in this burgundy color which would be PERFECT for v-day.

I love the fit of it. It fits very similar to my Christmas dress, minus the sleeves of coarse! It has the same flow as a swing dress style which I love. Pair it with these super cute espadrille sandals or some cute booties like my snake print one and walla, you got yourself a cute valentine’s outfit!

I bought the sandals a 1/2 size down from my usual, based off of some reviews, and they fit perfectly! They were only $17 too, bonus!! I wish I would have bought these before my trip to Florida, they would have been perfect to take with!

The dress is under $20 as well, so the outfit altogether is super affordable! I’m honestly debating buying this dress in another color for the spring and summer. I’m loving the white one especially!

The cardigan pictured is one I got from Marshall’s a while back, which I was not able to find a link for. BUT I tagged some other super cute options that I found on Amazon below! I originally had pictured this dress with a white cardigan but I somehow do not own a long white cardigan. Wild, I know!

I hope y’all loved these two Valentine’s looks I put together! For the sake of the Holiday I stuck to a pink theme. I know this may not be everyone’s color but both options have plenty of colors to choose from that would be great all year round. I have also been seeing a lot of red this year for V-day so I decided to go with pink to switch it up a bit!

I always love buying neutral pieces that work for everyday wear but also can be dressed up to look festive if needed! You can definitely do that with both the shirt and the dress, which is why I love them so much! Spring is right around the corner after all!

What do y’all usually do to celebrate Valentine’s day?! I would love to hear what your plans are for this year! Also, Comment below and let me know which look is your favorite! ❤

It’s Superbowl weekend woo woo!! Have a great weekend loves!
