New Years outfits that you’ll love from Amazon!
Good Morning Friends! I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas! We did Christmas Eve in New Hampshire and headed back home Christmas morning for a very relaxing day. We will be on a flight outta here tomorrow to celebrate the new year in warm and sunny Florida, and I cannot wait!😍
I find it very necessary to break up the Winter’s with a vacation somewhere warm, anyone else agree?! I mean if I could spend the whole Winter at a warm destination I would, lol.
Since the New Year is quickly approaching I wanted to show y’all some outfits that I got from Amazon that would be perfect to wear on New Years Eve!
New Years Eve is the one day of the year that everyone comes together to celebrate the year coming to an end and the beginning of a new one. So why not get a little dressed up? I am super excited to show you the super cute and affordable outfits that I picked out from Amazon!
I know everyone spends New Years Eve differently and not everyone dresses up. But I wanted to show some different options for if you are planning to go out! At the bottom I also threw in a dress option that I already had that is a perfect fit as well, but sadly it is not from Amazon. I couldn’t not show it to you though!

Option #1: Velvet Crop Top // Suede Skirt // Knee High Boots // Necklace
The first option is still dressy, but I kept it more on the neutral side of things! I paired a velvet crop top with a suede skirt and knee high boots. This is a great outfit for if you are in colder weather, and plan on going anywhere that requires you to be outside at all. Both the shirt and the skirt are SUPER soft and warm!
Aren’t the bell sleeves on this crop top adorable? It’s only $15.99, such a steal!
I normally wear an XS/S in all of my clothes. So I ordered the crop top in an X-Small at first and ended up having to exchange it for a Small because it was a littleeee too snug for my liking. I like my clothes to have a snug fit but not to the point that I feel suffocated lol. So I am very happy with how the small fits!
After looking at the size chart the second time around I should have started with the Small. It’s definitely true to size, so pay attention to that chart! If you are wanting something a little more glam that is similar to this top, take a look at this one! I ALMOST got this one but decided on the velvet one instead! Both great options!
I am wearing a 4/6 in the skirt because that was the smallest option they had. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it on because it has such a comfortable fit! I usually wear a size 0/2 in my bottoms, but this one fit great! I’m sure the sizing of this skirt varies so much because of the stretchy material!
I have yet to wear it for a long period of time but I am hoping that it doesn’t stretch out too much because that could be a problem lol. Fingers crossed! But overall I am very happy with it! It is a little more pricey at around $27, but the quality of the skirt is amazing. It is a great investment piece that I will have for a long time!
Same with the boots! I was able to find a link to them on Amazon but it looks like they are only in one size so I am not sure what that’s all about? Either way I was pumped that I was able to find the exact ones I am wearing because I have had SO many people ask me about them and I had to put in some work to find them!
I bought them on clearance at DSW so it’s very possible that Nine West just doesn’t make this style anymore (not sure why because they are the best!). I think I bought them for like $40 on clearance over a year ago, but sadly what I linked is the original price. I would still buy them at that price though because of how much I love them and how great they fit!
Don’t I have the cutest helper?! Can’t forget the one behind the camera either! I have the cutest photographer around, and he is getting pretty good at this whole taking pictures deal😉
Option #2: Spaghetti Strap Bodycon Dress // Black Booties // Necklace
I had to throw in an option with sparkles because WHY NOT?! I love a good excuse to dress up in sparkles, and New Years in my opinion is the best excuse! Don’t you think?!
This dress is SO GOOD. I am obsessed with it and will 100% be wearing it in Florida for New Years! It was only $25 and aside from the fact that it fits perfectly and is super cute, it is also very comfortable!
A lot of times bodycon dresses are just scratchy and uncomfortably tight. But this one fits like a dream and the material has the perfect amount of stretch.
If you scroll to the bottom and look at the link of the dress that I added there, you will see that the color is not quite the same. That is literally my only complaint about this dress. While I do love the blue that it came in, I really liked the darker blue that is pictured and was a little disappointed when it wasn’t a match. Either way, I am still keeping the dress because I mean just look at it 😍
The dress also comes in 10 different colors with 2 of those being sparkle options, so there are plenty to choose from if blue is not your color of choice!!
These ankle booties are my absolute favorite boots that I got from Walmart, they were actually ones that I mentioned in my Fall boots under $50 post. They were the best $25 I may have ever spent! They look great with everything you pair them with, are easy to walk around in and are pretty comfortable for having a higher heel.
If you haven’t noticed already, they are definitely my go to shoes! Please ignore the marks all over them though 😂 It is a combination of Koda stepping on them and dropping his ball all over them and how the light is hitting the material. Yikes, I need to do something about that..
Okay so I also had to mention two other items, which can be seen in the pictures above.
When I ordered the suede skirt I also ordered this color block skirt! I am a sucker for color block and for $17 I couldn’t pass it up! I will be posting a review on it on my Instagram but I wanted to link it here as well and also let you know my thoughts on it.
I am still indecisive on it for 2 reasons. One, I absolutely love the fit/length of it and the colors in it (wearing an XS). BUT, the material on the bottom of it is very flimsy which causes it to not lay flat and it sticks to my legs.
It is possible that washing it would get rid of the static and help it to lay better, but I will likely be returning it for that reason.
Next up is another sparkle dress, of coarse!
I actually wore this dress to my college graduation over two years ago! Peep the picture of me spraying a bottle of champagne in my cap, lol.
I wanted to include this one because it is still a sexy, sparkly, glam outfit if you wanted to go that route. But it is also a much warmer option! I took a lot of pictures outside in the snow on my graduation day and I stayed pretty warm in it!
It also has an open back which I love! But keep in mind that this dress fits like a glove. So if you want to hide anything, the spaghetti strap dress would be a much better option!
I am wearing a size 4 in this one! It is from H&M and as we all know their sizes are a bit wonky.
New Years is around the corner, do you have your outfit picked out?! I know I do! I am so excited that i am going to be in some warmer weather to bring in the new year!
I will be posting try on videos for all of these outfits today so if you don’t follow me on Instagram, make sure to hit that follow button so that you don’t miss them!
Next time we talk I will be soaking up the sun in Florida, ahhhh! Have a great weekend everyone!
