25 Facts About Me

Hi there, my name is Steph! Welcome to my little corner of the web. I can’t even begin to describe how excited I am to be launching my blog to the world right now and I am so excited that you are here to experience it with me! Creating a blog has always been a dream of mine and I have been waiting for this moment for a looooong time.

I figured, what more perfect of a way to kick off my journey than to introduce myself a little more to all of you? We are in this adventure together for the long haul so you might as well get to know me, right?!

I understand a lot of you may be here just for the home decor, fashion, etc. No offense is taken what so ever if you want to skip past!

But for those of you who may want to get to know me, here are a few facts about me:

1. I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho.

2. I graduated from Boise State University in December 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

3. I live in Massachusetts now with my Husband and our pup, Koda. (You will likely get annoyed of all the pictures I post of him, but I can't help that he is the cutest!)

4. My sidekick, Koda, is a 5 1/2 yo black lab mix. Fun Fact: I rescued Koda like a month before I met my husband, so we were able to raise him together from the start. Pretty sure Koda is the reason why I snagged such a keeper, I mean who can pass up a 10-week old puppy?

5. I have been married to the love of my life, Nate, for a little over one year now, together for 5 1/2 years.

6. I am always looking for a new DIY or home improvement project to entertain myself with, which is a big reason why I am here with you today.

7. I would say that I am an ambivert. I have both introvert and extrovert moments that are all dependent on the situation.

8. I could spend countless hours on pinterest. Soo much to look at.

9. I work in Accountanting but my dream job is interior designing. I love decorating! If I could be anything like Joanna Gaines, my life would be complete. Whose with me?!

10. My favorite show/channel to watch on TV is Fixer Upper on HGTV. LOVE. I even got my husband hooked!

11. I am 24, and a middle child to two brothers.

12. I'm a HUGE list girl. I Love the feeling of crossing items off my to do list!

13. Winter is my least favorite season, I absolutely hate being cold. I will take sunny and 80 degrees any day of the year!

14. Being in front of a camera makes me uncomfortable, but it is something that I am working towards and want to be better at.

15. I have never been a morning person (even though I wake up for work at 5 am every day), but I want to be so badly!

16. My favorite place to be is on/in the water. Lake, on a beach, ocean, in a boat, floating a river, poolside. I'm not picky!

17. My go-to drink order is either a gin & tonic or a vodka soda & Cranberry (Boooring, I know), but I also love a good martini.

18. A food that I am always in the mood for is a Bacon Cheese Burger. You can never go wrong with it! It's definitely my guilty pleasure.

19. My favorite stores to shop at for literally everything are Target and all of the TJX stores (HomeGoods, Marshalls, Home sense, T.J. Maxx). I could and have spent countless hours at each one of these places.

20. I am 5' 2" and aside from all of the short jokes, I really wouldn't change it!

21. I love live music! If I could sit on a patio in the summer with live music and a drink in my hand I am a happy camper. We also go to a lot of concerts and festivals as well!

22. Wake boarding and snowboarding are my sports of choice. That doesn't mean I'm good or do either often though lol.

23. My wardrobe consists of 98% of Black & White. But I do love adding in color here and there and I am trying to grow my color collection.

24. Public speaking terrifies me. No matter how many times I've done it in the past, I dread it every time and just want to run and hide.

25. I have always cared too much about what people think of me.
